property to help reassure you that there aren't obvious encroachments and easements on the property.
What's Included in the Plot Plan?
Local Zoning Compliance
We reassure you that the building, foundation and land are in compliance with local zoning bylaws.
Property Drawings
We provide an accurate AutoCAD® drawing of the property, surveyed and certified by our land surveyor.
Notes Included
We'll include any notes of property issues and provide a flood zone determination, if necessary.
Plan 1
Plan 2
Plan 1 includes a more detailed plan calling out structures in the backyard(sheds, driveways, pools, etc), surrounding lots and colors to point out structures and property lines.
Plan 2 is our cheaper option plan which doesn't include measurements for structures including sheds, pools, driveways or color schemes for other structures.
